Shipping policy

Currently CanWest is only offering domestic shipping at this time.

Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and provided to a courier. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

Shipping Rates

For orders over $100, CanWest offers free shipping complimentary with ground service where packages are typically delivered with-in 3-8 business days. Please see note Free shipping does not include large diamond core bits (12"-24"), large diamond blades (24"- 54"), and diamond wire bundles. A standard rate will be applied at the checkout.

Delivery Estimates

3-8 Business days. All free shipping packages are sent by ground service and the delivery estimate will depend on the location the package is being sent to. Remote areas of Canada could take longer. If you require faster shipping, please contact us.

Damages

CanWest Diamond Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. CanWest is not liable for delays in transit caused by the courier.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
